Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the prayer in W.P.No.4564 of 2020 is the appropriate prayer challenging the very same impugned order, which is challenging in this writ petition. This overlapping writ petition in W.P.No.3859 of 2020 is not pressed and the same may be closed as not pressed. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
