O.P.No.249 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by the deceased Saremal B.Jain who died on 25.01.2017.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the only son of the said deceased Saremal B.Jain. The petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of deceased Saremal B.Jain as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2. The death certificate of the wife of Seramel B.Jain Shantha Bai has been produced as Ex.P3. Publication has also been effected. No objections have been received. A perusal of Ex.P2 would show that the petitioner alone is the legal heir of the deceased Seramel B.Jain.

3. In view of the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
