This Court by an order dated 15.02.2019, directed the District Munsif, Paramathi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the District Munsif, Paramathy, requested some more time to comply with the order of this Court vide letter dated 10.12.2019.

2. In view of the above, three months time is extended to comply with the order of this Court dated 15.02.2019.
