PETITION under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for the non compliance of the order dated 16.9.2014 passed in W.P.No.24773 of 2014. Petitioner :

ORDER

The contempt arises out of an order passed by me directing the Commissioner of Police, Trichirapalli to ensure the safety of the petitioner, as he was apprehending danger to his life.

2. Today, Mr.I.Arockiasamy, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the note book recording the beat conducted by the police. According to him, the police go around the residence of the petitioner every night to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ensure his safety. Therefore, the contempt petition

deserves to be closed.

3. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.

4. The petitioner has one more grievance with regard to the test report and his allegation is that his invention has been sold to foreign countries.

5. That is a different cause of action, which has to be dealt with either in the main writ petition or in the other proceedings under the relevant laws relating to protection of intellectual property rights.
