Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th and 5th respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 22.09.2017 and reminder representation dated 03.10.2017 to measure the boundaries bearing survey numbers S.No.4/1B, 14/1, 11/6 situated in Santhiyur Aatiyampatti Village, Salem Taluk & District as per Revenue Records belongs to the petitioner and his parents.

Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the fourth & fifth respondents to consider his representations dated 22.09.2017 & 03.10.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for survey of the land bearing survey numbers S.No.4/1B, 14/1, 11/6 situated in Santhiyur Aatiyampatti Village, Salem Taluk & District as per Revenue Records.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representations have not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fourth & fifth respondents to consider and decide. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the fourth & fifth respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 22.09.2017 & 03.10.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth & fifth respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
