ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the harassment of 4th and 5th respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 to R3.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and 4th and 5th respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.02.2019 and also giving opportunity to the 3rd respondent and pass for orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition disposed of.
