This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside and modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the Crl.M.P.No.32947 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.811 of 2023 in C.C.No.121 of 2018, pending on the file of the XVII Additional Sessions Judge at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
