This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 12.02.2025, has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3375 of 2025. However in the order copy, the Spl.S.C.Number has been inadvertently mentioned as Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2023 instead of Spl.S.C.No.91 of 2023. Further, in Paragraph.No.2 of the order it is wrongly mentioned that the petitioner was arrested through P.T.Warrant . Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in Paragraph No.1 and shall also delete the words '' through P.T.Warrant" from Paragraph No.2 and issue order copy afresh.
