[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order dated 12.01.2018 made in W.A.No.987 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings dated 26.08.2019 in Na.Ka.14709/2018/K2 issued by the 1st respondent in purported compliance of the judgment of this court under contempt.
