2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the order has been wrongly passed by the respondent in compliance of the order passed by this Court, on 26.03.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Court does not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 26.03.2013 made in W.P.No.23902 of 2010. Hence, this contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order.
