This petition is filed seeking to amend the third respondent Taluk Office as Tirukalukundram instead of Tiruporur in the affidavit, writ petition as well as the Order dated 16.12.2022 passed in the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error Tirukalukundram Taluk Office has been wrongly typed as Tiruporur. Hence, seeks this Court with the above relief.

3. Considering the fact that it is only a clerical error and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.
