When the matter was called on 05.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.03.2024. When the matter was called on 06.03.2024, the learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Therefore, to give one more chance to the petitioner, the matter was again posted 'for dismissal' on 07.03.2024. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the civil revision petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
