PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to re-investigation of the case in CMP. No.2350/2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore by any higher level police officer in Coimbatore city and to file proper investigation report so as to charge all the accused involved in the crime in accordance with law. ORDER

This petition has been filed for re-investigation of the case in CMP. No.2350/2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore.

2. Initially, the petitioner lodged a complainant before the respondent police. After investigation, the complaint was closed on 18.07.2017. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has approached this Court for the above said prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has to necessarily wait for the final outcome of the protest petition filed by the petitioner and thereafter, proceed further in accordance with law. Therefore, no further orders can be passed in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
