(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.G.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay. Despite service of notice to the respondents 2 and 3 and their name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
