Common Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to accept the affidavit dated 23.04.2016 submitted by the petitioner to the second respondent in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 29.01.2016 made in Civil Appeal No.618-620 of 2016 (Senior Divisional Commercial Manager & Ors Vs. S.C.R.
