2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 07.072021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 14.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 14.07.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 16.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
