Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent made in T.P.No.17/2011 (T.A) dated 30.09.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondents to lay the pipe line as per sketch appended to the standing order No.2464 dated 30.08.2003. O R D E R

The Order impugned dated 30.09.2011 passed by the 2nd respondent / the Deputy District Collector / Authorized Officer is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that after filing of the Writ Petition, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas issued a notification on 24.11.2011, wherein, the Government of India issued Gazette notification conferring the right of usage on the Gail (India) Limited, free from all encumbrance.

4. In view of the said notification, the cause do not exist with reference to the impugned order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition Stands disposed of as infructuous.
