ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code in Cr.No.420 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant brother is working in abroad. A2 is the wife of the defacto complainant's brother. She had illegal intimacy with A1 and the same was objected by the defacto complainant. Thereafter, A1 and A2 joined together and attacked the defacto complainant with Aruval. Due to which, the defacto complainant sustained severe injuries. Based on the complaint, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier, this Court had dismissed two anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19742 of 2021 and Crl.O.P.No.1377 of 2022 and this is the third bail petition. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and that the earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 03/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
