ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition was filed alleging encroachment on the roadside by constructing a temple.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the temple has already been removed.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs.
