The above C.M.P. has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the appeal suit.

Respondents 1 and 3 have been served and their names are printed in the cause list. Hence, service on respondents 1 and 3 is deemed to be complete.

3. Mr.M. Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent expressed "No Objection"

for condoning the delay.

In view of "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
