When the matter was listed for hearing on 23.10.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioners reported "no instructions" and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 24.10.2019 printing the name of the petitioners. Though the names of the petitioners were printed in the cause list on 24.10.2019, none appeared for them. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 25.10.2019. Though the matter has been listed under the caption "for dismissal", today also there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
