The present petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 201 day in filing the civil revision petition.

2. Better affidavit is filed by the first petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first petitioner, being a lady, is pursuing the matter and the delay in obtaining certified copy of the order had reflected in filing the civil revision petition with such a delay.

4. Despite service of notice, there is no representation for the respondent.

5. The reason adduced by the petitioner being satisfactory, the delay in filing the civil revision petition is condoned. 12.2.2025 ssk.
