By these applications, the Official Liquidator seeks permission for payment of a sum of Rs.16,87,742/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Eighty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Two only) to ITCOT towards valuation charges in respect of about 40 projects.

The bills issued by ITCOT are annexed to the report of the Official Liquidator dated 23.01.2024. A separate memo dated 21.03.2024 was also filed with Annexure-A.

Upon examining the same, the Official Liquidator is permitted to make the payment of Rs.16,87,742/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Eighty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Two only) to ITCOT from and out of the funds available to the credit of the company in provisional liquidation. The Official Liquidator is also permitted to meet the costs of the applications from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation. 4.
