When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Learned District Munsif Judge, Gudiyattam has dismissed E.A.No.113 of 2014 on 15.06.2015 filed by the petitioner and therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
