O R D E R

The relief sought for in this revision petition is to direct the Court of Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District to dispose of A.S.No.21 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. The revision petitioners are the appellants who filed an appeal in A.S.No21 of 2012 before the learned Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District, against the order in I.A.No.549 of 2007 in O.S.No.127 of 2004.

3. The revision petitioners seeks this Court to fix a time limit to dispose the appeal in A.S.No.21 of 2012 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

5. On a perusal of the records, the suit is in the year of 1986 and it is decreed on 2012. The appeal is pending since 2012. Therefore, considering

the facts and circumstances of the case, this is a fit case to give a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge to dispose of the appeal in earlier.

6. Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District is directed to dispose the case in A.S.No.21 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Subordinate Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
