The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions has got no objection for allowing the application viz., A. No.1206 of 2023 filed by the Judgment Debtor seeking to transfer the Execution Petition Viz., E.P. No.39 of 2022 to the file of this Court. Accordingly, A. No.1206 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for and E.P. No.39 of 2022 is transferred to the Commercial Division of this Court.

2. In view of the order passed in A.

No.1206 of 2023, the other connected application viz., A. No.1207 of 2023 has now become unnecessary and it is closed.

3. Post the Execution Petition for hearing on 12.09.2023.
