Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 294 days in filing the above appeal.(in CMP.No.3019/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMYA V.RAO Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.J.CHANDRAN, Advocate for the 2nd respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 294 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal. Pending appeal the 1st respondent died and hence, his legal heirs are not necessary parties in this petition.

3.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
