Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the notification of Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors (IIISLA) 3rd respondent herein dated 21.10.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the IIISLA to conduct re-election to the South Zone Council Members of IIISLA by including the "licentiate member" in the voters list.

2. Even today also i.e on 12.04.2023, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
