Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the entry made on 21.12.2016, purporting to be an encumbrance created by 1st respondent insofar as the petitioner property at plot No.57 an extent of 900 sq.ft. in S.No.637/2, 3A at Mohammed Saheeb Nagar, Sandapet, Thirukoilur and further direct the 2nd respondent herein not to indicate an encumbrance over the property belonging to the petitioner.
