The petition is filed to condone the delay of 220 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.2918/- in the above CMA.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Hence, the delay of 220 days is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.
