ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.623 of 2023, which is pending before the second respondent to the file of the third respondent or any other competent Investigating Authority.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.623 of 2023, the second respondent had filed a final report on 10.04.2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Tambaram. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
