ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, mother of the detenue herein, viz., Baby Mishal, aged 2 years, has come forward with this petition to cause production of her child, http://www.judis.nic.in who is said to be in the illegal custody of respondents 3 to 5 herein, before this Court and to hand over her custody to petitioner.

C.T.SELVAM, J., AND N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., AP Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue child, Mishal, has been handed over to her mother, petitioner herein, on 22.02.2018 and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. In view of the submission and endorsement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
