This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above tax case appeal.

Mr.Subburaja Iyer, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. He submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.
Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
