JUDGMENT
` The respondents 1 to 3 served. The third respondent is the minor. He has also been served through his father namely Solai@Amaresan.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that already, the appellant was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with accrued interest to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.702 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, District Judge, Tiruvannamalai. That order was complied with and now the appellant is directed to deposit the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
remaining balance of Rs.61,000/- along with accrued proportionate interest within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
