Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2024 and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take a suitable action against the respondents 5 to 17 for their illegal act of doing katta panchayat and removing the petitioner from the village in the name of so called village headmen and ensure the petitioner and his family members to lead peaceful day to day life along with the other villagers of the petitioners village.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2024 seeking action as against the respondents 5 to 17 herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,

the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 2 & 4. Perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner reveals that there is a pathway dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 17. The entire allegations are civil in nature. That apart, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the fourth respondent.

4. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs.
