The matter is heard through "Video-Conferencing". The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dismissing I.A.No.9123 of 2012 filed for amendment of the plaint. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.1382 of 2006 has been disposed of and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. 2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
