ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu Saravanan, aged about 42 years before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

secured and produced before the police station and thereafter released. However, subsequently, he was arrested by the Puducherry police in connection with the case in Crime No.164 of 2015 on the file of D.Nagar Police Station, Puducherry. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
