CRIME NO.956/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.NO.8663 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17663/2020 in Crime No.956 of 2020 dated on 23.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17663 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 364A, 324, 342, 464, 465, 468, 392 read with 395 of IPC, in Cr. No.956 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
