This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer appeal as against the judgment made in ARB OP No.163 of 2010, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur. The petitioner/proposed Appellant/Third party is the requisition body and it is claimed their interest has been directly affected by the aforesaid judgment.
