O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 29.04.2021 in W.P.No.10939 of 2021 directed the 3rd respondent therein to consider the application 1/3

submitted by the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as 7th respondent within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent had passed an order dated 19.03.2022 and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court is duly complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
