Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24886 of 2021 by an order dated 20.12.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are regularly complying the condion. Further, the final report is not yet filed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioners should report before the investigation officer as and when required.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that they should report before the Investigating Officer as and when required, until further orders.
