Prayer in WP.29375 of 2011 :- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in order of the 3rd respondent in appeal ATA No.433(13)2008 dated 14.07.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to take any coercive action.
