BHARATHIDASAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION NO.2887 OF 2021 IN CRL.OP.NO.33326 OF 2019 MANOJEASO [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REPRESENTED BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, R-4, PONDY BAZAR (TRAFFIC INVESTIGATION) POLICE STATION, CHENNAI (CR.NO.388/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a fortnight imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.No.693 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.33326 of 2019 in Crime No.338 of 2019 dated on 22.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police once in a fortnight.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.693 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33326 of 2019, dated 22.01.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.693 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33326 of 2019, dated 22.01.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
