2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions and undertakes to file vakalat for the legal heirs of the deceased.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and print the names of the counsel for the newly impleaded parties on receipt of vakalat.
