O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.11.2025, for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) of BNS Act, in Crime No.587 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court dismissed the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail on 19.01.2026 in Crl OP No.597 of 2026 and now there is no change in circumstances to revisit the earlier order and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
