O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the suit in O.S.No.33 of 2018 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Ambattur.

2. The petitioner/plaintiff has filed the above suit for permanent injunction restraining the respondent from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property.

According to the petitioner, he is a senior citizen, who is 80 years old and the suit has been filed in the year 2018 and pleadings also completed and so far trial yet to be commenced. Hence, the present revision has been filed.

3. In view of the order being passed in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the revision, without going into the merits of the case, the District Munsif, Ambatur, is directed to dispose O.S.No.33 of 2018 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of . No costs.
