The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking for a direction, directing the learned Rent Controller Cum 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.154 of 2016

within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner. 3.The learned Rent Controller Cum 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore is now required to dispose of the case pending in R.C.O.P.No.154 of 2016 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
