This petition has been filed to modify the Anticipatory Bail order granted by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Kancheepuram at Chengelpat in Para no.1 that the petitioner/accused is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- into the account of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur concerned in Cr.No.299 of 2023 of Perumbakkam Police Station in Crl.M.P.No.6124 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023. 2.Heard both sides.
