ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2020 and grant permission to conduct Kalai Vidum Vizha (Jallikattu) at Kalambur, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District on 01.03.2020 from 8.00 am to 5.30 p.m.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2020, the second respondent has rejected the petitioner's representation by the order dated 10.02.2020 as the petitioner has to obtain permission from the District Administration and the copy of the said order was sent to the petitioner and the petitioner also received a copy of the said order and suppressing the said fact, he has filed the present petition.

3. Since the petitioner's representation was rejected by the second respondent stating that the petitioner has to obtain permission from the District Administration, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
