O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the learned Principal Sub-Court, Ponneri to dispose the suit in O.S.No.248 of 2021 at the earliest point of time.

2. The Revision Petitioners are the defendants in the suit in O.S.No.248 of 2021 pending before the Principal Sub-Court, Ponneri, which was filed by the plaintiff seeking for the relief of permanent injunction against them. According to the contention of plaintiff, during the pendency of the proceedings, the defendants attempted to encroach the suit property by putting up a fencing stones on the suit schedule property and they tried to encroach upon the egress and ingress of the plaintiff even after filing of the suit. Hence, he prayed for speedy disposal of the suit.

3. On seeing the plaint averments, it would reveals that the suit was filed in the year of 2021 before the Sub-Court, Ponneri and though there are other suits filed prior to the present suit are still pending, but on seeing the 2/4

relief claimed by the plaintiff, this Court is inclined to consider his prayer and directs the trial court to dispose the suit as early as possible.
